This charming 2AA Gloucestershire Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join and lead the team to success.

With over 40+ traditionally luxurious and cosy rooms, this hotel is seeking a passionate and creative Head Pastry Chef who will maintain and push the property forward to further success. The hotels2AA restaurant servessophistictated dishes created by the talented team to a very high standard using fresh, seasonal produce within the elegant and quaint surroundings. The seasonal menus combines the best of British with a few infusions from across the channel whilst celebrating the fantastic selection of ingredients.

Dutiesfor thisHead Pastry Chef:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining and surpassing the numerous accolades the property currently holds
  • Oversee and run the Pastry operations throughout the property
  • Conference and Banqueting

Qualifications/Experience required for this Head Pastry Chef are:

  • Previous experience within a rosette accredited property
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
  • Food hygiene certificate
  • Excellent mentor and communicator
  • Great leadership qualities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Thrive on a fast-paced environment
  • You should be committed to the highest of standards of cuisine and presentation
