A Passionate, Talented & dedicated Senior Sous Chef is required at this Norfolk restaurant.

A Senior Sous Chef is required at this property set in a pretty village on the North Norfolk coast, close to the stunning sandy beaches. This traditional Norfolk pub with a popular restaurant and accommodation, also offer bed and breakfast and dinner stays.

This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and aiding the development of the junior chefs. It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment. Applicants to this position should have experience of working within a number of different sections of the kitchen as the Head Chef requires an all rounder.

Qualifications/Experience required:-

  • You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent within professional cookery
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a fine dine restaurant that was accredited
  • Minimum of 1 AA Rosette where you were also required to cook to volume.
  • It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
  • Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
