This small luxury Hotel and Restaurant in Suffolk are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their talented brigade.

The property has a 100 seater restaurant with an events room able to cater for parties of up to 300 alongside 2 smaller rooms which are used for conferencing and private dining. The property are open all day serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks and delicious coffee.

The restaurant is award winning, and produce cuisine made from local high quality ingredients.

Role: A Chef de Partie is required to work alongside the Head Chef and brigade in the production and delivery of food at the highest of levels

Whilst working on all sections you will be able to work under pressure and help deputise for the Head Chef in his absence.
