Located within the heart of Doncaster’s fish, meat and vegetable market This stunning Restaurant offers an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about cooking with seasonal ingredients.
They are currently building a successful team with a view to re-opening at the end of September
The ideal canidate would be someone that can demonstrate a very high standard of cooking technique, excellent management skills and a desire to have continous learning and improvement.
Alternatively, you may be a Chef de Partie that’s been working in a high level kitchen and feel it’s time to take the next steps... and develop yourself and showcase your talents as a Chef and Inspire your team and Guests
Salary negotiable £30,000 based on experience. - Share of tips
Excellent working hours offering a good work/life balance. (Lunch only service) Day shifts.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
