The hotel is a luxurious building known for its award winning Michelin restaurant and superb hospitality is set in majestic buildings and is home to 65+ astounding bedrooms and 3 award winning Restaurants offering an innovative cuisine using fresh, simple produce.

The Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of their Restaurant. You will deliver a high-quality of service and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Requirements for this Restaurant Manager position:-

NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
Good written and spoken English
