A Pastry Chef is sought by this Rosette accredited Gastro Pub.

The role:

Ideally located within Norfolk this accredited establishment provides a relaxed fine dining experience. Joining an established brigade, a background in fine dining is a must.

The successful applicant will be a strong all rounder, who is flexible and hard working. The Head chef requires a competent individual with a pastry background as well as help in the day to day running of the kitchen. A desire to teach and willingness to nurture are essential, all applicants should be dedicated to maintaining the high standards already established at this popular hotel.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef

Qualifications/Experience required:

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experiencein pastry.It is also necessary that applicants are passionate about food and presentation.
