This 1 Michelin Star accredited restaurant in North Yorkshire has a real focus on quality and has a fantastic reputation for both its food and service. Guests can dine in the restaurant or in the cosy bar area, eating from the same menu in both. The Bar is comfortable and traditional with a roaring fire and an excellent selection of beers, wines and spirits. Bedrooms are also available, only a short walk away from the restaurant and bar. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will help and support the brigrade maintain the high standards that are already in place and pushing the business forward. You will be expected to cover in the absence of the Head Chef and nuture all junior chefs.

You must have previous experience from within minimum 2/3 rosette restaurants as well as having a great attitude and a passion to progress.
