First Contact was established to offer the Hotel, Catering and Hospitality Industry a fresh approach to the resourcing of all levels of chefs. Based in Sheffield we are positioned to assist with recruitment throughout the UK.

This knowledge stands the team in an enviable position of truly being able to say that they are specialists in their sector. This working understanding also provides empathy with both candidates and client and their recruitment needs.

Our fees are based on the service that we offer and terms are both competitive with market rates and provide value for money for the service provided. Packages can be tailor made to clients needs and we are always open to assist where possible.

Along with other organisations within catering, First Contact is all too aware of the problems in attracting the right candidate, especially when we face a skills shortage right across the Industry.

In addition to referrals and direct response, the methods we use for candidate attraction include; Websites, Local Press, National Publications, Recruitment Fairs and Referral from Commercial Agencies.
