4. Content submitted by you

All content submitted by users, whether it be personal profiles, company information or job adverts are the responsibility of the provider, all content will be subject to a 72 hour waiting period to be checked by First Contact staff. We reserve the right to refuse content we deem as not suitable based on our own criteria. All content can be deleted from the site using the built in manager facility discussed when registering a new user.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the services based on any breach of the Terms and Conditions of the site.

5. Use of the site

As a user (Jobseeker) you can use the facilities provided to look for and apply for jobs listed. Whether that application is then passed on to the advertiser will be the decision of the First Contact recruitment consultant assigned to that job, we reserve the right to refuse to pass the details on if the consultant feels the application is inappropriate. A consultant may contact you from time to time with other jobs that may be of interest/suitable and you may be given the opportunity to apply for them.

You must ensure you have the legal right to work in that area and have any appropriate permits required.

You must provide truthful information regarding your skills and previous employment, any misleading of a potential employer will be treated as a breach of terms and conditions and you will be banned.

We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. 6. Terms of Business

Any placement or employment placed by First Contact will enter a contract with First Contact and will agree to be bound by our Terms of Business.
